The importance of environmental conservation and awareness of back-to-nature techniques are now being started in Bali. Greenhouse Method is one of the methods developed in several locations in Bali like Buleleng, Tabanan and Northern Badung. The location can be reach around 1 hour drive from Seminyak. Some varieties developed consist of assorted fruits, vegetables and flowers. “Their products have been exported to some countries like China, Korea and Singapore,” he told Bali Travel News.

They work in cooperation with the Udayana University to develop organic plants in Eastern Denpasar. “Through this program, we’d like to inform the farmers that products can grow well without utilizing chemical substance,” he said while adding, by paying attention to quality and customer satisfaction the company puts a priority on health factors.

Different aspects are implemented by the Plaga Agritourism (BAP) situated in Northern Badung. This is an agribusiness company relying on the agriculture sector but it is specially made into a package as a tourist’s attraction. Other than being intended for fruits, vegetables and flowers, Bali today has developed paddy cultivation by implementing organic methods.
